On today's episode we are joined by the wonderful and the hilarious Jackie Kashian! Seriously, you guys, she's a goddamn delight. And as a bonus she's very well versed in the Code of the Hills. Jackie has a brand new stand-up album coming out so enjoy her on this episode then get caught up on her other phenomenal albums before the new one entitled "I Am Not The Hero of This Story" drops on March 3rd! We adore Jackie and we know you will, too!
Jackie plays some games for charity and if you want to be a good person like Jackie you can donate to her charity of choice, it is the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

Our Murder, She Wrote Chipotle Party finally happened! We have a full house today as we have some awesome listeners, Stephanie and Mahlena, as well as returning champion (Marissa's male companion) Stephen joining us in Murder, We Spoke headquarters! We needed the help because on today's podcast we cover the episode of Murder, She Wrote that you guys have requested more than any other! JB Fletch goes undercover as a gambling-addicted bar floozy so, yeah, you guys aren't wrong to love this episode.
We also have loads of games on this episode! Legit, one half of this super-sized ep is all games. You're welcome. The official third chair of the podcast, Melissa from Pretty Little Podcasters, even drops by to play!

This episode was perhaps the most range-y of any MSW episode we have ever seen. There were some high highs and some spectacularly low lows.

Welcome to our Election Spesh! Cabot Cove is holding an election and, get this, controversy abounds and someone dies. So your basic American election. We cover it all, play some games and Ben gets politically preachy at the end (sorry, he can't help himself, it's a problem).

Happy Halloween!
You know how sometimes everyone in your town thinks a woman is a witch because it's windy outside when she enters a room or because she's playing a witch in a play? You know, blatant and obvious witchcraft. Well, we discuss that happening in Cabot Cove with our amazing guest, Carolyn Paine! She loves her some JB Fletch!
Carolyn plays for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

There are 100% marble rooms, Grady selling Jess's short stories to a "girly mag," Robert Stack comes in hot, sexy 80s ladies are everywhere and that only scratches the surface of this episode which is why we are overjoyed to be joined by the one and only April Richardson! She helps us break down the awesomeness and even comes up with perhaps the greatest MSW spin-off idea ever. And we have some brand new games to play with her!
If you sent in an entry for the Murder, We Swag giveaway don't forget to listen all the way to the end to hear the winner announced! And if you didn't win, remember you can send us your address and we will send you a little summin summin to say thanks!

The Father Dowling Mysteries: S02 E10 "The Confidence Mystery"
We've been threatening to review an episode of The Father Dowling Mysteries starring Cabot Cove's own Sheriff Amos Tupper aka Tom Bosley and it's finally happened! We discuss how Mr. Bosley basically just swapped out Jessica Fletcher for a younger nun version of Jessica Fletcher (and there ain't nothing wrong with that). In this ep, the people who are victims of massive theft are, in no particular order, the Vatican, a derpy-derp priest and actual orphans. There is shockingly little remorse about any of it, too.

Happy International Angela Lansbury Appreciation Day!
To celebrate we are dropping a bonus episode this month and you guys, the explicit tag has never been more necessary. Not because of the language but because of the images our awesome guest Anthony Desamito is going to put in your head. Consider this fair warning as we discuss what the Condo 3 were really up to, supes complicated real estate schemes, a plethora of great guest stars and eating butter to prevent getting drunk. Is there science to support that? There can’t be.
Be sure to follow Anthony on Twitter @AnthonyDesamito and listen him on The Golden Girls Podcast he co-hosts with the hilarious Genevieve Rice, Thank You For Being A Podcast.
If you want to donate to Anthony’s charity to help fund improv in Phoenix, check out the GoFundMe for the Second Beat Improv Theater.

This episode really had everything a Murder, She Wrote fan could want. Sterling fashion, sexual intrigue, guest stars, Eve Simpson, fantastic lines, the list goes on and on. We even learn on air what those damn shower heads were for and play a new game that everyone involved is terrible at.
And be sure to drop us your entry in the Murder, We Swag giveaway! Listen to the end of the ep for all the deets. The deadline is September 23rd! And all of our contact info is below:

Murder, We Spoke Mystery Theatre presents...
"Murder, She Wrote: Criminal Intent"
We go back to the beginning and you guys get to hear our reactions to seeing our very first episode of Murder, She Wrote. Ever. Needless to say, we were blown away and instantly fell head over heels in love with JB Fletch.
And we almost called this podcast "Murder, She Podcasted" and a shout out to Julia WD Harrison is warranted for actually suggesting the name "Murder, We Spoke." Thanks again, JWDH ;)

Yoohoo! We couldn't wait a whole month to watch another episode so we are dropping in a little early on you guys. And we could not be happier we didn't wait because this episode is everything! There is basically a JB Fletcher cult, y'all. A cult we could not want to be a part of more quite frankly.

There are untold layers to this episode, you guys. First off, we meet our first true MSW sociopath. We also meet a woman who has clearly murdered at least three humans and is not at all the target of the murder investigation. Watch this episode and then join us to break it all down (and play some fun new games)!
Be the JB Fletch to our Doc Hazlitt and leave us a good review on iTunes (and you know we'll read it on the podcast and tell you how much we love you!).
Just as we promised, inspired by this very episode, there's a new item in our RedBubble store!
It is the one year (and a couple months) anniversary of Murder, We Spoke! We honestly had no idea if this podcast would make it past episode two but because of how awesome and involved you guys have been we have already made it a whole year! And we never want to stop!
And the happiness ends there because this episode of Murder, We Spoke is grim. Early 90s, gray and pink, grim.
If you have an episode to recommend, that is how we keep the show going so let us know on Twitter @MurderWeSpoke!
Help support the show by subscribing and leaving us a lovely review on iTunes and we will probably read your review on the show!
And be sure to drop by the Murder, We Spoke Shoppe!
We are beyond excited to have the hilarious, wonderful, gifted, talented, lovely, hilarious (wrote it twice on purpose) Kira Soltanovich join us! She has an amazing new special out called You Did This To Me and we get to talk to her about what it was like to film a stand up special while eight months pregnant. Turns out it was whatever the opposite of "easy breezy" is.
NOTE: you may have noticed that we are not covering The Return of Preston Giles but never fear! That is coming in our next episode! We had the privilege of having Kira on the show so we did a special episode that, unwittingly, had tons of mispronounced Soviet slurs. Yeah. We're classy.
Help support the show by subscribing and leaving us a lovely review on iTunes and we will probably read your review on the show!
And be sure to drop by the Murder, We Spoke Shoppe!
You guys, all the accents. Just Americans doing horrendous accents. I am talking about the podcast you're about to listen to and the episode of Murder, She Wrote we just watched. So, you've been warned. So bad, in fact, it almost overshadows all the racism.
And don't forget to head over to KickStarter to help Joel get enough funds to put together a fully furnished Cabot Cove EP! It is going to be so great!
Another cracking episode of Murder, She Wrote! There is sociopathic lesbians, train robberies, city slickers, pudgy bulldogs and oh-so-much more! Please join Ben and Marissa as they break down this amazingly Cabot Covey episode! And we play some super fun games, too!
Help support the show by subscribing and leaving us a lovely review on iTunes!
And be sure to drop by the Murder, We Spoke Shoppe!
Loretta's Ladies are back! Or should we just call them The Real Housewives of Cabot Cove? Either way, we could not be happier to see them! This episode is ankle deep in juicy gossip!
Be sure to visit the Murder, We Spoke Shoppe to help support the show!
So we watched what may well be the best episode of Murder, She Wrote ever! It had a great murder mystery, it had a surprising amount of gory realness, it was the pinnacle of 80s sweater fashion, there was crossbows, need we go on? If you have not watched this episode yet, DO NOT MISS IT! Then come join us as we break it down in all its glory!
This episode is a crissy-crossy-double-crossover of a podcast because we have Sue Funke of the CAbernet And A podcast and, as if that wasn't good enough, Ashton from Skeet Skeet: The Noah's Arc Podcast!
First and foremost, we educate you about Stranger Danger, then we learn about the "Super Treadmill," see some top shelf guest stars and talk about how being an editor seems horrific.
Be sure to help out Joel B. New as he is getting ready to release his first EP entitled "Cabot Cove." It will consist of five theatrical pop songs based on five of JB Fletcher's novels. Awesome, right? Yes. And to make it even better he is doing it based on your votes! So vote early and vote often! Voting closes at 5 pm on Friday, 12/4.
We also end this episode by playing a new game created by the brilliant Tom McNab!
This is obviously a jam-packed episode.
Lucky number thirteen! We celebrate by playing the Murder, She Drank bingo/drinking game (don't worry guys, Ben is your sober buddy for this one). Since the M's are a wee bit drunk this one goes a bit off the rails with side talk. Fair warning. But this episode was so much fun you guys will love it, I promise! We still talk plenty of Murder, She Wrote especially since this is the first episode we have watched set in Ireland! And if one actual Irish person was cast, I would be bloody well shocked because the accents were next level terrible!
Also, Joel B. New is doing an EP of theatrical pop songs based on the novels of JB Fletcher and he is letting us all vote on which novel titles get used! So vote early and vote often, you guys!
Don't forget we are only watch episodes based on your suggestions so let us know your favorite episode! We can't do this podcast without you! The easiest way is to hit us up on Twitter @MurderWeSpoke.
Can JB catch two killers, during a hurricane, without even leaving bed? What do you think?
Remember guys, we are only watching episodes that you recommend so if you have an episode you want us to cover then let us know! All you gotta do is tweet at us @MurderWeSpoke!
And we would be endlessly grateful if you took a few moments to subscribe and leave us a good review on iTunes. We'll be the Seth to you JB if you do (you know, with all the condescension and sexual tension).
